The mobile and lifting belt conveyor is a kind of continuous mechanical material handling equipment with high efficiency, good safety and good mobility. Mainly used for short-distance transport, handing of bulk material and the product one-piece weight less 100kg on loading and unloading stations which are often changed, such as the port, terminal, station, coal yard, warehouse, building site, sand quarry, farm and so on. It can be divided into lift and not lift type, the running of belt is driven by electric-roller, and the whole lifting and running are non-motorized.
DY mobile belt conveyor used for bulk material and product¡¯s short-distance transport and loading work. It adopts the tubular structure, lightness and good mobility. The rotation device is electric-roller, and equipped with two wheels, pneumatic tires and steel-wheel. The machine body length more than 10 meters and the angle can be adjusted.

Working Principle
Belt conveyor consists of two endpoint-rollers and a closed conveying belt that attached to it. The roller that drives the conveyor is called drive roller (transmission roller); the other one that only used for changing the direction of the conveyor is called redirection roller. |
